These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ReverseAgeCode Inc. ("ReverseAgeCode," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of reverseagecode.com, our guides, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
ReverseAgeCode provides general wellness, longevity, and educational content, including biological age estimates and scoring. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplement routine, or medical care, and before relying on any score or insight we provide in connection with an actual health decision.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and to provide accurate information when signing up for guides, tools, or communications from us. You agree not to misuse the Services — including by attempting to disrupt them, scrape them at scale without permission, reverse-engineer proprietary scoring logic, or impersonate another person.
If we offer account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@reverseagecode.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Please put [Unauthorized Use] + your fullname in subject line.
All content on the Services, including guides, text, graphics, logos, scoring methodology, and the ReverseAgeCode name and branding, is owned by ReverseAgeCode Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as expressly permitted in Section 7.
Free guides, toolkits, and resources are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use. We may update, modify, or discontinue any resource at any time without liability to you.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites, services, or downloads. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score or insight will be accurate or complete for your individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReverseAgeCode Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, which cannot be limited under EU/UK consumer law), nothing in these Terms limits that liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold ReverseAgeCode harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise (see Section 13). Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EEA or UK, the governing law clause above does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or restricts your ability to approach a consumer forum in India.
Certain US states and Canadian provinces provide consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract; where applicable, those protections apply notwithstanding this Section.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms; where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
